The New Franklin Board of Aldermen met in emergency session Tuesday March 25, 2008 at 6:30 pm at 132 East Broadway, New Franklin, Missouri. Present were as follows:

Mayor C Frank Frevert Alderwoman Ward I Carolyn Heilman
Alderman Ward I Jerry Nowlin Alderman Ward II John James
Alderman Ward III Michael McGee City Administrator/Clerk Patricia Cunningham

Absent: Alderman Ward II Kerry Thompson, Alderman Ward III Walter Banks.

1. Roll call was taken, a quorum was established with four aldermen present.

2. Alderwoman Heilman moved to have the first reading of Bill # 03-25-08, AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH SPRINT AND ASSIGNING A PERCENTAGE OF THE SETTLEMENT PROCEEDS TO THE MISSOURI MUNICIPAL LEAGUE. Alderman Nowlin seconded the motion.
Heilman - aye Nowlin - aye James - aye
McGee - aye

After the first reading, Alderman Nowlin moved to approve the first reading and have the second reading of Bill # 03-25-08. Alderman James seconded the motion.
Nowlin - aye James - aye McGee - aye
Heilman - aye

After the second reading, Alderwoman Heilman moved to approve the second reading and pass Bill # 03-25-08 into Ordinance 717-COR. Alderman McGee seconded the motion.
Heilman - aye McGee - aye Nowlin - aye
James - aye

3. Alderman McGee moved to adjourn. Alderman Nowlin seconded the motion. Four voting aye. No nay votes. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
