BOARD OF ALDERMEN SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 16, 2010

The special session of the Board of Aldermen of the City of New Franklin Missouri was called to order by Mayor C Frank Frevert at 7:25 pm Monday November 16 2010 at 132 East Broadway New Franklin, Missouri. Present were as follows:

Mayor C Frank Frevert
Alderwoman Ward I Carolyn Heilman
Alderman Ward I Jerry B Thornton
Alderman Ward II Kerry Thompson
Alderman Ward III Walter Bank
Chief of Police David Wells

Absent: Alderman John James

1. Estimates to investigate and repair the problem with the City owned backhoe were discussed:
Tom DeWall - $3000 - by phone
Crown Equipment - $4000 - $7000 - by phone

2. Alderman Thornton moved to authorize Alderman Thompson to contact Mr. DeWall and set an appointment to receive the backhoe, limiting the cost of repair to $4000. Alderman Banks seconded the motion. Five voting aye. Motion carried.

3. Alderman McGee moved to adjourn. Alderman Thornton seconded the motion. Five voting aye. Motion carried.
