BOARD OF ALDERMEN MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 20, 2011
Immediately following an FY 2012 budget work session, the special meeting of the New Franklin Board of Aldermen was called to order by Mayor C Frank Frevert Monday June 20, 2011 at 7:00 pm at 132 East Broadway New Franklin, Missouri. Present were as follows:

Santa Fe Memorial ad hoc committee members Sue Thompson, Donna Cornelison, &
Ray Glendenning
1. After reviewing the ratings and the questions posed at the meeting on June
13, of the engineering firms that responded to the Request for Qualifications
for the Enhancement Project, Alderman Thornton moved to accept the qualifications
of Oschner, Hare & Hare, Kansas City MO. Alderman McGee seconded the motion.
Five voting aye. Motion carried.
2. As a result of the budget meeting held at 6 pm on this date, the Board instructed
the City Administrator to prepare a revised budget to include a 1.5% salary
increase for six fulltime employees (all except the newly employed patrolman);
plus splitting $1000 evenly between the same six fulltime employees.
3. The Board agreed to do a final review of the budget at 6 pm June 27, 2011.
4. Alderman McGee moved to adjourn. Alderman Banks seconded the motion. Five
voting aye. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
