BOARD OF ALDERMEN MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 27, 2011

The special meeting of the New Franklin Board of Aldermen was called to order by Mayor C Frank Frevert Monday June 27, 2011 at 7:00 pm at 132 East Broadway New Franklin, Missouri. Present were as follows:

Alderman Ward I Jerry B Thornton
Alderman Ward II Kerry Thompson
Alderman Ward III Michael McGee
Alderman Ward III Walter L Banks
City Administrator/City Clerk Patricia Cunningham

Absent: Alderwoman Ward I Carolyn Heilman, Alderman Ward II John James

1. After review, Alderman Thornton moved to adopt the proposed budget for FY 2012. Alderman McGee seconded the motion. Four voting aye. Motion carried.
2. Alderman McGee moved to adjourn to an emergency closed session. Alderman Thompson seconded the motion.

Nay: None
