BOARD OF ALDERMEN MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 29, 2011

The special meeting of the New Franklin Board of Aldermen was called to order by Mayor C Frank Frevert Monday June 29, 2011 at 6:00 pm at 132 East Broadway New Franklin, Missouri. Present were as follows:

Alderwoman Ward I Carolyn Heilman
Alderman Ward II John James
Alderman Ward II Kerry Thompson
Alderman Ward III Walter L Banks
City Administrator/City Clerk Patricia Cunningham
Santa Fe Trail Memorial ad hoc chairman Sue Thompson

Absent: Alderman Ward I Jerry B Thornton, Alderman Ward III Michael McGee

1. After reviewing the contract and costs with Oschner Hare & Hare for the Enhancement Project, Alderman Thompson moved to reject the contract. Alderwoman Heilman seconded the motion. Four voting aye. Motion carried.
2. Cunningham will contact MoDOT to discuss options and to place RFQ on website again as soon as possible.
3. Alderman Banks moved to adjourn. Alderman James seconded the motion. Four voting aye. Motion carried.
